I wish to ship an animal/pet. What do I need to do?
Please contact an airline you wish to ship the animal/pet with for the best advice and answers. Should a Freight Forwarder be required, please check the yellow pages under Air Freight Forwarders for further assistance. Should you be importing an animal to Canada, please make note of the information published by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

I am receiving an animal. Where do I find information?
Please contact the airline transporting the animal/pet as each airline has different locations and processes to claim animals based on a variety of different criteria. If you are receiving the animal from a foreign country, please make note of the information on importing animals published by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

I have to ship some bulk items. Who can help me?
The Calgary International Airport is located in the NE quadrant of the city of Calgary between Highway 2 (Deerfoot Trail) and Barlow Trail NE. The airport can be accessed via Airport Road NE.
Go to the main page and under Business at YYC, choose Air Cargo in the drop down. This takes you to the department Home page. "Contact us:" information is at the bottom of the page.
