The Calgary Airport Authority is ‘Tops’ on Alberta’s Top 50 List

The Calgary Airport Authority has once again been named on Mediacorp Canada Inc’s Alberta's Top 50 Employers list for 2011. This special designation recognizes Alberta's employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. The Authority was also named as an Alberta top employer in 2009.

This award recognizes organizations that lead their industries in attracting and retaining employees and the Authority is proud to be an employer of choice for some of Calgary’s best and brightest employees.  Some of the Authority’s key offerings include: a competitive total rewards program, ongoing professional development, opportunities to give back to the community, and a unique work environment.

The Calgary Airport Authority is a not-for-profit, non-share capital corporation incorporated under the Alberta Regional Airports Authorities Act. Since 1992, it has been responsible for the management, maintenance and development of Calgary International Airport and Springbank Airport under long-term lease from the Government of Canada.
