Customer Service At YYC
Look for our new Curbside Ambassadors — decked out in their red jackets and cowboy hats — as you drive up to the curb at YYC. These individuals are there to help inform, educate, engage and assist all arriving or departing passengers and guests on the curb. Learn more about the Curbside Ambassadors here.
The new Customer Care Ambassadors will be available to help guide and answer questions on the new processes available inside the new terminal. The Ambassadors will also drive the YYC LINK passenger shuttle between all concourses, answer questions at our InfoCentres and help passengers with a smooth arrival into Calgary or to catch a connecting flight. The Ambassador program will serve as a complement to our already well-established and world-famous White Hat Volunteer program. The two programs together will provide a guest and passenger experience second to none in the world.
YYC is proud to be creating over 150 jobs with the addition of the Ambassador Program, just another example of how the Authority continues to serve as an economic driver for our region.
