Operational Update at YYC Calgary International Airport

December 20, 2018   |

Calgary, Alberta (December 20, 2018) - We can confirm there were reported threats made this afternoon to The Calgary Airport Authority.

After an investigation the Calgary Police Service determined there was no risk to passengers or employees.

Some operations in the International Terminal Building were impacted but those are now resuming.

Guests who had already been screened and cleared by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Hall E will now be re-cleared by officers.

We thank everyone for their patience and apologize for the delays.

Safety is always our priority and we thank all of our partners for their assistance today.
