Lost and Found is located at the Information desk on the Arrivals level.

Hours of Operations: Open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. – 12 a.m. (midnight)
If you lost property at YYC, including at a security checkpoint, please submit an online report here. Add as much descriptive information as possible in your report to better help us identify your item.
If an item is not picked up within 30 days of being turned in, it will be donated.
YYC’s Lost and Found can also be reached during its operating hours at 403-735-1234 or via email at yyclostandfound@yyc.com.
Please note that all items lost on board an aircraft are the responsibility of the airline. If you lost an item while on board your flight, please get in touch with your airline directly.
