Information desks
Welcome to YYC Calgary International Airport! To help you get around the airport and the city alike, we have four Information desks located throughout the terminals. These offer several convenient services for our guests.
Locations, hours and services
- Domestic Arrivals level near Door 9 (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.): this Information desk offers the Lost and Found, coat and luggage storage and paging services.
- International Arrivals, near Door 15 Departure Hall D, and Departure Hall E (24/7): these self-serve centres have a courtesy phone.

Customer care ambassadors
At the domestic information desk and around the airport, you'll see our customer care ambassadors. these helpful locals can give tourism information for the region, and recommendations for nearby attractions.
Parks Canada Discovery Passes are also available for purchase at our Domestic Information desk located on the arrivals level near Door 9.
