As of March 9 YYC has partially reopened long-term parking in Parkade 2 (P2) and fully reopened P2 short term. All international and U.S. passengers are encouraged to use this parkade for easier accessibility to the international terminal while P1 remains a good option for domestic travellers. Areas for use will be clearly marked as repairs will be ongoing in some locations until June. The EAST elevators will allow access to the terminal though the passenger tunnel that is located on the arrivals level and golf cart service will be offered for any passengers requiring mobility assistance. The West elevators will be under repair until the end of June when the parkade fully re-opens. For further assistance and information please visit a Customer Care Ambassador at the InfoCentre. Short -Term 

Short-term parking is located on the ground level of each parking structure. Maximum duration of stay in short term (P1 and P2) is 30 days. Payment for Short-term in P2 by credit card is available only at exit station. Cash or debit transactions are not permitted in this parking area. 

Note: Vehicles parked without a license plate will be considered as abandoned and will be immediately towed.

Long - Term (Parkade 1 and Parkade 2)

Hourly, daily or weekly parking is available on levels P2, P4, P5, P6 and P7. The Long-Term parkades feature reduced weekly rates. Maximum parking duration is 60 days.

»  If you are flying Domestic, the closest lot is Parkade 1 (P1). 

»  If you are flying to the U.S. or internationally, the closest parking is             Parkade 2 (P2). 

Access to P2 is via the "Through Road" at the entrance to P1. After parking in P2 make your way to the International Terminal in one of two ways:

    • Plus 30 Skywalk (on Level 4 of the parkade). 
    • Pedestrian Tunnel

Please refrain from walking on the road when crossing from the parkade to the terminal.

Designed to accommodate overheight vehicles, the overheight area is conveniently located adjacent to the P1 parkade entrance and is accessible to the terminal by a designated walkway. Overheight parking is available for hourly, daily or weekly parking and offers reduced weekly rates.

Economy Lot

Located north of Airport Road, the Economy Lot is easily accessible. The Economy Lot offers low weekly and daily rates for long- term stays of up to a maximum of 60 days. With just a short walk away from the terminal building and complimentary luggage carts, the Economy lot is a great option for long-term parking. Payment for Economy Lot by Credit Card only. No Cash or Debit transactions permitted in this parking area.

Accessible Parking

In P1: Several accessible stalls are available in short term parking. In long term parking accessible stalls are available on levels 2 and 4. They are located in parkade adjacent to the north and south elevators. Accessible stalls are available in the Overheight parking lot.

In P2: Several accessible stalls are available in P2 short term. In long term accessible stalls are available on levels 3 to 6, close to the west elevator. 

Cell Phone Lot

The Calgary Airport Authority is pleased to offer the YYC 'Cell Phone' park and wait lot. Drivers are encouraged to park in the free 'Cell Phone' waiting lot until called by their arriving guest, in which they can pick up the passenger(s) at one of the five marked designated pick up zones.

  1. Between Doors 1 and 2
  2. Between Doors 5 and 6
  3. Between Doors 9 and 11
  4. Between Doors 14 and 15
  5. Between Doors 16 and 17

How does the Cell Phone lot work?

  • Arriving passengers can contact the motorist by cell phone after they have claimed their luggage and are waiting on the Arrivals level curb at the colour coded Cell Phone Lot area.
  • The motorist can then leave the Cell Phone lot, pull up to the designated area on the Arrivals level, pick up their waiting party and be on their way.

Parking Tips

  • Travellers are encouraged to allow additional time to park during peak periods, which include Wednesdays, Thursdays, holidays and over long weekends. To check parking availability, please call the Parkade Hot Line at 403 250 7275 (PARK). Parking Reservations are not offered at this time.
  • Shuttle service to and from all surface parking lots and parkades is not offered at this time.
  • Before you fly, remember not to leave any valuables in your vehicle.
