How do I enter and exit the parking facility if I have booked online?

If you have booked parking online you must enter and exit the parking facility by scanning the QR code from your reservation confirmation at the code reader. You can use either a paper copy or digital copy of your reservation confirmation. To scan using your phone, hold the QR code in front of the code reader and ensure the brightness on your phone is at the highest setting. If the gate doesn’t open, try adjusting the tilt of your cell phone. If this doesn’t work, press the HELP button for assistance.

Can I make a reservation on the same day I need parking?

Yes, reservations can be made up until 30 minutes before you enter the gate.

Can I reserve accessible parking spaces?

YYC Calgary International Airport has accessible parking spaces in each parking facility. At this time these spots cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
