What: YYC Calgary International Airport will host a Remembrance Day ceremony for airport travellers and employees who wish to pause and remember those who have served in past conflicts, and honour the men and women who serve our country today.
The airport community Honour Guard will include uniformed representatives from Calgary Police Service, RCMP, Calgary Fire Department, Calgary Emergency Medical Services, Royal Air Force, British Army, British Air Force, Canadian Corp of Commissionaires, Royal Canadian Air Cadets, Canada Border Services Agency and the United States Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection.
When: Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 10:45 a.m. – Ceremony begins with formation of the Calgary International Pipe Band and Honour Guard.
