The Accessibility Assistance Request Form allows guests to share information about the type of support that would help make their journey through YYC more comfortable. Submitting a request in advance helps our teams prepare and coordinate the appropriate assistance where possible.
When completing the form, guests are encouraged to include any specific details or preferences about how they can best be supported. Additional information can be shared in the comments section of the form or by contacting us directly.

If your request is being made less than two business days before your date of travel, please call (403) 735-1234 between 7:00 a.m. and midnight (MT) to confirm your request details.
