A better experience, right where you need it

After a long flight, there’s usually one place you head first - at YYC, we know that moment well. You’re looking for a clean, comfortable and easy to move through pit stop.

That's why we're undertaking a multi-year Washroom Reimagining Project across the Domestic Terminal Building, focused on creating a more comfortable, accessible and consistent experience for everyone.

This project includes the introduction of new washroom facilities both pre and post-security, along with the full renovation of existing spaces throughout the terminal. The first refresh will begin with the women's washroom located across from the C Gates, and will set the tone for what's ahead.

Designed around real needs

Every new and updated washroom is being built with real moments in mind: the quick stop between flights, the juggling act with kids and carry-ons and the overall need for space that just works without slowing you down.

Once the project rolls out, you’ll notice:

• Easier movement with more intuitive, accessible layouts
• More inclusive spaces that reflect the diverse range of people moving through YYC every day
• Upgraded comfort and convenience with modern finishes and amenities
• A consistent experience, so you know what to expect wherever you are in the terminal

This work will roll out in phases over several years, with construction planned so you’ll always have somewhere to go when you need it.
