Electric Cart Service

YYC's Electric Cart Service supports guests with mobility needs or hidden disabilities while navigating post-security areas of the terminal. The service provides a comfortable, seated option for travelling longer distances between terminal areas and concourses.

Electric carts operate daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Pick-up and drop-off zones are marked throughout the connection corridors between Concourses A to D, and carts may also assist guests along the route when available.

Carts do not enter gate seating areas or travel directly to aircraft. Guests who require assistance from check-in to their gate, or from their gate to arrivals, should contact their airline directly, as airlines provide in-terminal assistance beyond public circulation areas.
