YYC offers a range of complimentary guest amenities to help make navigating the terminal more comfortable and convenient, especially for families and guests carrying bags.

Stroller Stations

For guests travelling with young children, YYC provides complimentary umbrella strollers to help make the journey through the terminal easier.

• Stroller stations are located post-security.
• Look for blue stations marked with a stroller icon.
• Strollers are available to borrow and return within the secure area.

These strollers are designed to support families who may not have brought a stroller with them or who would benefit from one while walking longer distances in the terminal.

Post-Security Luggage Carts

Post-security luggage carts are available to assist guests with carrying bags while moving through the secure area of the terminal.

• These carts are blue, making them easy to distinguish from red luggage carts located pre-security.
• Post-security luggage carts are intended for use only within the secure area.
• Please return carts to the post-security area and do not take them through security when exiting.

These carts help reduce physical strain and make it easier to manage luggage while travelling to gates, shops, or seating areas.
