Pre-Board PALS

Pre-Board PALS is YYC's pet therapy program, offered in partnership with Calgary's Pet Access League Society. Friendly, trained therapy dogs and cats visit the terminal to help reduce stress and create moments of comfort and connection for travelers.

You may see Pre-Board PALS teams in the terminal during peak travel times. Look for the red "Pet Me" vests!

Participation is always optional, and pet-free gate seating areas are maintained to support guests with allergies or sensitivities.

When you spot a Pre-Board PAL, ask about their trading card. Each card features one of the furry friends you may meet along your journey. Click the cards below to flip them over and meet some of our PALS. With more than 35 cards to collect, there are plenty of furry friends to discover!
