We understand how important your baggage is when you’re travelling. Let us help – we're here to ensure your luggage experience at YYC Calgary International Airport is as seamless as possible. Your journey is our priority, and we're committed to making it a stress-free one.

Baggage can be checked in at your airline check-in counter on the Departures level of YYC. Please check with your airline for baggage weight limits.

After arriving at YYC, follow the signs to the baggage carousels on the Arrivals Level of the Terminal. The monitors above each carousel will display a flight number and airline, identifying what baggage will be dispensed on the carousel. Please be sure to check name and baggage tags to ensure that you are collecting the correct piece of baggage. If your bags do not come, please see more information below.

If your baggage does not arrive or is damaged, please visit the Baggage Claim Office located in the baggage claim area. Alternatively, you can contact the airline directly:

WestJet domestic flights	Door 2 on Arrivals level
Air Canada domestic flights	Door 12 on Arrivals level
All other airlines for domestic flights	Across from carousel 10 and carousel 2
International and U.S. Arrivals	In the CBSA baggage hall (in the customs area)

Find the pickup for your oversized or fragile bags:

Domestic: located adjacent to the airline's designated baggage carousels.
International: adjacent to the baggage services office in the baggage hall.

YYC is pleased to offer complimentary baggage carts! Carts are conveniently located throughout the airport.
