Wheelchairs

YYC provides wheelchair assistance from curb to check-in for departing guests, and pre-security to curb for arriving guests.

• Submit an Accessibility Assistance Request Form to request support ahead of time.
• Contact the Information Desk at (403) 735-1234 for assistance while at the airport.

Assistance beyond check-in, including travel to and from the aircraft, is provided by individual airlines. Guests are encouraged to contact their airline before travelling to ensure all required mobility assistance is arranged.
